Air Navigation : preparation to the Power Shortage and Power Black Out. Extensive review of the interdependencies between all assets necessary to deliver the air navigation service (radio, radar, phone, security, HVAC, electrical, telecom, fire and supervision systems). Highlight of dependencies with external providers (maintenance service providers, fuel, telecom and elecrical service providers). Highlight of vulnerabilities and risks. Negociation with public authorities both at local and intercantonal levels.
